Sun, Sea and Sand
The tropical island of Boracay, in north Aklan Province, is one of the Philippines’ most popular destinations. Its white sand beaches are the island’s main draws.
I went to Boracay with my boyfriend, Joshua Bonifacio and a couple of friends last May 1 to 4, 2010. It’s actually my 3rd time to go there. I love the white sand, the parties and the food!

This is the boat ride from Caticlan to Boracay.
The first thing we did when we arrived was eat! If you love seafood, like this guy right here, then you’re gonna be the happiest person in Boracay, and if you love your seafood grilled, then Boracay will definitely be your food paradise!
After our yummy breakfast, Josh and I rented a motorbike and went to Mount Luho, the highest point in Boracay. Beautiful view from up there!
Time to play and relax under the sun! That’s my cousin, Donn Yambao and my good friend, Danie Mendoza.

Beautiful weather. 38 degrees sunny and windy, not an once of rain.
Lovely sunset at Boracay!
Happiness is a summer breeze, sand between your toes, and your best friend by your side.
